Since 2003, Anchor Fund has operated as a mortgage pool, investing directly in trust deeds and earning income from the interest paid by our fix-and-flip clients. Anchor Fund investors have benefited from the prudent loan analysis and underwriting practices that have made Anchor Loans, LP and its predecessor profitable every year since its founding in 1998—success that is primarily due to Anchor's ability to attract highly-qualified borrowers, and its careful management of the lending process.
We provide the best high yield opportunities on the market. It is a primary goal for us to ensure you receive the most out of your investments, with share value updated daily.
We service your loan so you can focus on your earnings. We collect payments, distribute funds, provide monthly statements and more.
Our underwriting standards and due diligence ensures your investments are valuable before they ever make it to you. We make it a priority to protect your funds.
When the housing crisis hit in 2008, Anchor was prepared to manage the Fund for the approaching downturn and was able to break even on investments.

Kai W., investor:
"After the 2009 RE crash, many opportunities in quality deeds of trust came up due to lending restrictions and with that many 1st TD funds arose. I started doing them on my own, then into 2 funds for the diversity. The main reason I picked the fund in Anchor was that they had the fund several years before the crash and felt they lived through, worked through and gained valuable knowledge in doing so. As far as the management, Steve is not really like the other money managers or real estate brokers. 1st TD's are not complicated security vehicles but I think Steve is very experienced in handling a crisis. In recent months yields have decreased, but to me that just shows preservation of capital is more important to him than chasing riskier paper."

"I've been investing with anchor funds for a while now, and although I am not an experienced investor, it brings me a lot of comfort and peace of mind to know and trust the people who are investing my money.
I believe their track record over the last 15 years speaks for itself.. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found an investment vehicle that I trust implicitly, which yields the results that they do."
