To Our Valued Clients,
On behalf of our entire Anchor Loans Team, I’m reaching out to you to assure you that the health, safety and well-being of our clients and staff members remain our highest priority. I personally want to update you on the steps we are taking to provide a safe environment for you, your family and our staff members.
First, we are closely monitoring the latest developments and following the guidance from the US Centers for disease control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as state and local health officials.
Second, we are implementing a Business Continuity Plan that will allow us to continue business operations remotely. We are implementing this plan in a number of phases to ensure a smooth transition and to continue normal business operations without major disruptions. While most of our staff will be operating remotely, there might be minor delays but we plan to continue to fund loans normally and provide the same level of service you always expect from our team.
Third, we are implementing a Business Essentials Support Team (BEST) that will operate from the office on a rotation to ensure all operations of our core business are covered until we can fully operate remotely. BEST has been trained and given the necessary supplies and equipment to remain safe in the office environment.
We hope that these measures give you confidence that we are taking the necessary precautions in this evolving situation. We want to ensure that everyone, including our clients, staff members, and their respective family members remain safe, secure, and healthy during these challenging times.
