Shawn Pelletier has over 23 years of Active Duty Army service in the Special Operations branch, spent eight years in the Ranger Battalion as a Ranger Long Range Interception Operator and as a Ranger Instructor at the US Army Ranger School. He was an Army Drill Sergeant for four years at Fort Benning, Georgia, then spent the next 11 years as a 1st SFOD-D (Combat Applications Group) Team Master Sergeant (AKA- Delta Force) achieving the rank of Master Sergeant/E8 — and was promotable to Sergeants Major E9. Shawn was the commandant of the US Army Special Warfare Sniper School until his retirement in 2012 from Fort Lewis, WA.
In the construction field, he has 10 years of experience in High-end residential, commercial, adaptive re-use construction, and general construction from heavy rehabs to light renovations. He also has six years experience as a project manager to senior project manager, with in- depth expertise in High end residential and large scale commercial construction, construction scheduling and project management.
A dynamic communicator with a reputation for excellent customer service and client relations, Shawn takes pride in forging long-term relationships with clients, contractors, ownership groups and homeowners, and is committed to helping his clients succeed and bring all projects to the finish.
Shawn holds a bachelor’s degree in Project management (Construction) from Southern New Hampshire University, a bachelor’s degree (History/Military History) from the University of Maine and is a licensed California Contractor. He also holds the PMP Certification (Project Management Professional).
In his spare time, Shawn devotes some of his time to the DAV/VA as a mentor and coach for the US Military disabled veterans. Shawn also teaches and coaches long-range marksmanship, is an avid sky-dive instructor and an avid fly-fisherman. Shawn is passionate about motorcycles, all sorts of them, from riding to re-building and customizing.
He currently resides in Simi Valley, Calif. with his three dogs, two of which are rescues.
