Since joining Anchor Loans in 2009, Lance has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of the company's loans and acquisitions departments.  He currently leads the nation's highest producing originations team, focusing on all aspects of the single-family residential investment market.  

In addition to working directly with Anchor clients on fix and flip, new construction and rental loans, as Senior Vice President of the Company, Lance is an integral part of Anchor's sales, underwriting, growth and structuring efforts.
