The most important weapon in my arsenal as a developer is my Financing source. To know that I have Kristin Young at Anchor Loans beyond solves that. She is always ahead of me, pushing me and my team to be organized and making sure we close in a timely fashion so we do not jeopardize the contract. She is more on it than I am, and I am the developer! The level of attention, insight and organization that she provides my company is unsurpassed. It is so beyond what is out there that it has become a competitive advantage for my company when I am taking deals down. Knowing that she is solving such a massive piece of the pie, I am freed up to focus on finding more deals and making sure we execute them right. I am forever grateful to her and Anchor.
