Investor Qualifications
To be eligible to invest with Anchor Loans, the following criteria in each category must be met:
Whole Note
The amount of the loan cannot exceed 10% of the investor's net worth, exclusive of home, furnishings and automobiles OR the amount of the loan cannot exceed 10% of the investor's adjusted gross income for federal tax purposes for the last tax year or as estimated for the current year. The investor must be a full time resident of the state of California with a $250,000 net worth (exclusive of home, furnishings and automobiles) along with an gross income of at least $65,000 OR $500,000 net worth (exclusive of home, furnishings and automobiles) with no gross income requirement. Investments in Anchor Fund, LLC may not exceed 10% of an investor's net worth (exclusive of home, furnishings and automobiles).

- Limited Partnerships
- General Partnerships
- Institutional Lenders
- Mortgage Partnership Pools
