Investor Opportunities
Through its long-standing relationships with its borrowers, Anchor Loans, Inc. coordinates the lending of money for the purchase of real estate. Anchor specializes in lending to experienced borrowers who make a business of finding properties to purchase at a discount, improving these properties where needed, and selling them at a profit. Anchor underwrites each and every loan to a set of standards designed to ensure there is sufficient equity in the property to protect the loan.
Investors may purchase these loans in the form of a Trust Deed investment, while Anchor handles the loan servicing on behalf of the investor. The Trust Deed investment involves an investor purchasing a Note that is secured by the borrower’s real property. Anchor's Trust Deeds are funded from private sources such as individuals, entities (such as LLCs and corporations), pension funds and IRAs.
