Fund Investments
Anchor Loans also offers
a mortgage pool for investment through Anchor Fund, LLC, a California limited liability company
established in 2003. This program operates as follows:

The Fund invests directly in trust deeds

The Fund earns income from interest paid by borrowers

Investors can
purchase shares in the Fund (similar to a mutual
fund) and participate in the profit

Income earned by Investor's capital investment can be
paid to Investor in monthly distributions or remain in the Fund
to compound and grow

Fund withdrawals are permitted once a quarter, up to $25,000 per quarter
Investments in the Fund are subject to
certain risks which are outlined in the Fund’s Offering Circular.
Potential investors should request a copy of the Offering Circular to
review prior to investing.
Investor Qualifications
To be eligible to invest in Anchor Fund, LLC, an Investor must:

Have a net worth (exclusive of home, furnishings and automobiles) of $500,000 OR net worth (exclusive of home, furnishings and automobiles) of $250,000 plus a minimum gross income of $65,000

Have an investment amount less than 10% of net worth

Make a minimum investment amount of $15,000

Be a full-time California resident

Family Trusts, Corporations, Limited Partnership, General Partnership,
Institutional Lenders, Mortgage Partnership Pools
