Fund Investments

Anchor Loans also offers a mortgage pool for investment through Anchor Fund, LLC, a California limited liability company established in 2003.  This program operates as follows:

  • The Fund invests directly in trust deeds

  • The Fund earns income from interest paid by borrowers

  • Investors can purchase shares in the Fund (similar to a mutual fund) and participate in the profit

  • Income earned by Investor's capital investment can be paid to Investor in monthly distributions or remain in the Fund to compound and grow

  • Fund withdrawals are permitted once a quarter, up to $25,000 per quarter

Investments in the Fund are subject to certain risks which are outlined in the Fund’s Offering Circular. Potential investors should request a copy of the Offering Circular to review prior to investing.

Investor Qualifications

To be eligible to invest in Anchor Fund, LLC, an Investor must:

  • Have a net worth (exclusive of home, furnishings and automobiles) of $500,000 OR net worth (exclusive of home, furnishings and automobiles) of $250,000 plus a minimum gross income of $65,000

  • Have an investment amount less than 10% of net worth

  • Make a minimum investment amount of $15,000

  • Be a full-time California resident

Types of Entities that can invest: Individuals, Self-Directed IRAs, Family Trusts, Corporations, Limited Partnership, General Partnership, Institutional Lenders, Mortgage Partnership Pools
