For single family and multi-residential properties, we offer 7-14 day closing periods (quicker if needed) on private money loans. We are a direct lender. Opportunities Through First Trust Deed Investments -- Through its long-standing relationships with its borrowers, Anchor Homes’ parent company, Anchor Loans, lends money for the purchase of real estate. Anchor Loans specializes in lending to experienced borrowers who make a business of finding properties to purchase at a discount and improving these properties where needed with the intention of selling them at a profit. Anchor underwrites each and every loan to a set of standards designed to ensure sufficient equity in the property to protect the loan.
Investors may purchase these loans in the form of a trust deed investment, while Anchor Loans handles the loan servicing on behalf of the investor. The first trust deed investment involves an investor purchasing a note that is secured by the borrower’s real property. Investors can earn up to 11% with interest paid monthly.
