Anchor Homes maintains an inventory of wholesale properties for sale to qualified buyers. These properties are often purchased at foreclosure, and many require rehabilitation. To view the wholesale properties that are currently available, please view the table below.
Anchor Homes also provides developers with direct funding for property rehabilitation projects. For single family and 1-4 unit residential properties, we offer quick closing periods on hard money loans with direct lenders. We lend on properties requiring all levels of repair, and financing is available from $50,000 up to $1.5 million. Financing is available with 30-50% down at 3.0 points, 12.0% interest only. Loan terms are for one year with no pre-payment penalties.
